Based out of our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch office, we are seeking a talented Senior Integration Developer to join our Innovation and Integration team at Fusion5.

You will be responsible for integrating our clients\' systems and applications with a focus on Azure, helping to streamline their business processes, enhance their data security, and boost their productivity.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that meet their current and future state needs

Developing and deploying integration solutions to meet business requirements, considering scalability, reliability, and performance

Integrating disparate systems, applications, and data sources using middleware platforms, APIs, and custom code to enable seamless data exchange and workflow automation

Managing the end-to-end implementation process, from solution design and development to testing and deployment

Documenting integration designs, configurations, and workflows, and sharing knowledge with team members

Providing ongoing support for integration solutions, including troubleshooting issues and optimising performance

Staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team

Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience designing and implementing Azure integration solutions

Familiarity with other integration products such as MuleSoft will be an advantage

Extensive experience in Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Blob Storage, Azure Queue Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Event Grid for building scalable and efficient integrations

Expertise in integration technologies and patterns such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, Webhooks, message queues, and event-driven architectures

Proficient in programming languages commonly used in integration projects, such as TypeScript, Node.js, or .

NET

Familiarity with ARM templates / Terraform / Bicep

Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth, JWT, IAM roles, and policies for securing integrations

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, or Sentry for tracking and troubleshooting integration performance

Proficiency in version control systems like Git for managing code repositories and collaborating with other developers

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira

Experience working in Agile development environments, understanding of Agile principles, and participation in Agile ceremonies for efficient project delivery

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams

Valid New Zealand Rights to Work and be currently in the country.
