Civil Pipe Layer (Nelson)

The Nelson Contracting division is an integral part of Taylors operations working across a number of projects in the Nelson / Tasman / Marlborough regions.

Key skills and attributes :

• Class 1 driver’s license – Class 2 and WTR is an advantage
• Previous experience laying stormwater and sewer pipelines both concrete and PVC as well as associated ground infrastructure
• Have knowledge of reading and interpreting plans and survey set out accurately
• Prepared to perform physical and manual tasks as required
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Health & Safety of yourself and others
• Be extremely reliable and dependable
• Have excellent communication skills
• The ability to work both alone and as part of a team
