About the Role : As a Solar Installer in our Nelson branch, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission by installing high-quality solar systems.

You'll work on diverse projects, ensuring top-notch installations while helping Nelson transition to a more energy-efficient future.What You'll Do : Install solar panels, racking and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties.Work on multiple existing homes and new builds.Work in a small team of with a qualified electrician and team leader.Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.What We're Looking For : Minimum 2 years of experience working with tools in construction / trade environment.Good practical skills with a keen eye for detail and dedication to doing great job.Problem-solving and taking accountability.Comfortable with working at height and in all weather conditions.Valid New Zealand driver's license.Genuine interest for renewable energy and sustainability.Why Join Us?
