Depot Manager – Nelson, New Zealand

You will lead the daily plant operations, manage staff and assist with the safe, efficient LPG delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• A hands-on role, managing our New Plymouth Depots, overseeing daily operations to support the cylinder market
• Ensure all distribution and filling activities are carried out safely and efficiently for LPG cylinders
• Train staff to ensure all procedures follow company standards, delivering quality service to both internal and external customers
• You will track and report productivity and efficiency
• Find opportunities for improvement, creating cost-effective solutions and address problems quickly
• Also, you will manage the distribution team to achieve company goals, set individual objectives and performance expectations, and conduct formal development assessments
