This is a key leadership role within our store, requiring a quick thinking and capable person to take the lead in our Paint department.
Responsibilities
- The position requires the successful applicant to lead a team of 7, handling all aspects of the team from customer service standards and ensuring all customers’ needs and queries are met, as well as handle all stock matters and one-off situations that arise on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
The person we seek to fulfil this role must have the ability to remain cool under pressure and be able to think on their feet.a passion for providing excellent customer service each and every time;be a detail minded self-starter;have strong mathematical skills;be able to multi-task, and have the ability to follow through and follow things up in a timely manner;experience in conflict resolution and confidence to make decisions as required;have proven leadership skills and supervisory experience;a can-do attitude;and be computer savvy.Not only are you on your feet for 8 hours a day, lifting and handling stock is a requirement so a level of fitness is required.Experience in a similar role, and / or retail environment will be beneficial.Reporting to the Retail Manager, this is a full-time role, including one day per weekend.If you believe you are the leader we are looking for, please forward a CV and cover letter via this website.#J-18808-Ljbffr
