About the role

As head of learning – physical education, you will :

• Support the Special Character of the College and contribute to co-curricular activities.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of teachers, promoting best teaching practices and professional development.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Physical Education and Health curriculum.
• Foster a culture of high achievement and well-being through innovative programs and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate physical education with broader school goals.
• Engage with the wider community, including sports organisations and whānau, to enrich student experiences.
