We are seeking a skilled and motivated CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Ko tō mahi | What you’ll do

• Implement, monitor, and maintain CIAM solutions.
• Handle and resolve production incidents with urgency and ownership.
• Participate in a 24x7 on‑call support rotation to ensure high availability of identity services.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate identity SDKs into customer‑facing applications.
• Manage release and deployment activities.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
