About The Role

As an Associate Director Domain Architect (Data & AI), you will focus on the strategic design and implementation of data and AI frameworks, providing architectural advisory to clients and identifying new opportunities for growth. This role balances both pre-sales and technical components, with a primary focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data architectures, including data platforms, data lakes, and cloud-based solutions.
• Provide architectural advisory services to clients, ensuring that their data and AI strategies align with business objectives.
• Define and implement AI / ML architecture patterns, model deployment strategies, and cloud-native solutions, focusing on tools like Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and DBT.
• Evaluate and recommend data platforms, tools, and technologies that meet client needs while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design real-time and batch data pipelines for seamless ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices for data modelling, ML lifecycle management, and cloud architecture.
• Drive cost optimisation, performance tuning, and long-term technical strategy for data and AI infrastructure.

About You

You’re a seasoned leader in the data and AI domain, with a passion for AI technologies and cloud-based solutions. Your expertise spans the full data lifecycle, and you excel in delivering high-level architectural advisory while identifying opportunities to drive business growth. You’re adaptable, with a “can-do” attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, Snowflake, AWS, or GCP is essential.
