Relocate to Masterton for this role! Step into a pivotal leadership role and take charge of a high-performing, multidisciplinary clinic at the heart of the Masterton community. As the Clinic Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational oversight while empowering a team of approx. 12 Allied health professionals and visiting specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Have input into the strategic direction of this high-performing clinic.
Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a skilled clinical team
- Drive service excellence, ensuring delivery meets best practice & contract standards (including ACC)
- Oversee clinic operations : budgeting, planning, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Lead recruitment, retention, and professional development
- Build strong networks with referrers, subcontractors, and community health partners
- Identify and deliver opportunities for service innovation and growth in the region
- Case load of up to 1.5 days may be required if you bring clinical experience
