NET frameworks.Lead and contribute to both BAU and project work, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Perform root cause analysis and implement effective remedies for system issues.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing creative solutions.Provide technical advice and mentorship to other developers and team members.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.Document technical designs, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance team capabilities.Key Skills & AttributesProven experience with BizTalk Server and .

NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
