New Home Consultant

About the role

As a New Home Consultant at Ashby Construction Limited, you will play a vital role in guiding customers through the exciting process of building their dream home.

Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, you will be responsible for showcasing our high-quality residential properties and assisting prospective homeowners in selecting the perfect home for their needs and budget.

This full-time position is based in our Christchurch City Office.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with potential customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our new home designs and construction process

Conduct property viewings and site visits, ensuring customers are well-informed about the features and benefits of each home

Assist customers in navigating the sales process, from initial enquiry to contract signing, providing exceptional customer service throughout

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation

Work closely with the sales and construction teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers

Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads and drive sales

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the construction industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

Familiarity with construction processes, building materials, and industry regulations

Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
