We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior HR Information Analyst with experience working with HR and Payroll data, systems, and dashboards.

Responsibilities
Ensure the data and information is well presented in line with reporting needs for all HR systems including HRIS, Payroll, H&S, and recruitmentAnalyse and interpret HR information and provide written and graphical reports including recommendations on business actionsDevelop and maintain reports and reporting toolsCreate complex reports using SQLProvide advice on best practice for the collection of HR data to support business reportingEnsure all regular reporting obligations are fulfilled for both internal and external customersQualifications
Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying business insightsExcellent organisational skills, high levels of initiative, and attention to detailExperience with providing accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external customersProficient with reporting tools in HR / Payroll systems (Oracle HCM, iChris / Chris21), Power BI, and Microsoft Power AppsExperience in data management, reporting, and quality assurance practicesHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential informationThe ability to work under pressure in a changing environment, adaptable and well organisedWhy us?
