  • Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas are valuedWe're looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior HR Analyst to join our People team. This role is pivotal in shaping our full range of people reporting and analysing workforce data to produce insights to support leaders in evidence-based decisions.As a stellar communicator, you'll engage across the organisation to understand business context and deliver meaningful, targeted dashboards that visual key metrics. You'll manage regular reporting cycles, respond to ad hoc requests, and contribute to the development of our technology and automation capabilities.You'll also lead the People team's input into Parliamentary questions and Official Information Act requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with our values.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and you must thrive when given the autonomy and responsibility in a role
