To achieve that goal, we are focused on content and platform investments, with sports as a top content opportunity to supercharge future growth.With some exciting live sport already signed up, we are looking for an Executive Producer for our sports content team, who will drive our sport's strategic priorities.The opportunity - Te turangaThis role is a great opportunity for an experienced producer who can turn sport stories into entertainment, select talented individuals, and integrate commercial elements seamlessly into productions.You will work alongside our production partner Whisper to deliver all live domestic Black Caps, White Ferns, and Super Smash coverage.

The role is critical for overseeing TVNZ's contractual obligations to our partners New Zealand Cricket, as well as managing editorial direction and budgets.Post cricket, TVNZ has several other sport productions or pass-through events requiring onsite or external production oversight, guidance for sports rights partners' productions, or creating bespoke content for large events.

Some sports will also require contractual oversight and ad-serving coordination with campaigns teams or playout and operations.What we're looking for - Ta matou e kimi neiTo succeed in this role, you'll have extensive experience in live sport, live news, or entertainment production, editorial oversight, or working with sports organizations.If you are detail-oriented, good with budgets, and organized, that will be an advantage.

Demonstrable experience in live sport production, editorial oversight, or working with sports bodies is essential.
