Assistant Manager Clinical Operation Planning

In this role, you will support the Clinical Services Planning Office.

You will play a key part in shaping, planning, and implementing the hospital's clinical service portfolio—ensuring alignment with the hospital's core values and corporate directions.

Core Responsibilities

Providing clinical service planning & support to the medical division HOD in developing new plans to enhance the clinical service

You will facilitate and provide administrative coordination to ensure all implementations are according to the timeline

Conduct outreach and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Propose recommendations and facilitate multi-disciplinary integration, interdepartmental collaboration, and cross-sector partnerships.

Ensure MOH feedback and guidance are incorporated within the hospital's planning cycles.

Drafting and establishing an agreement with internal cluster or external stakeholders

Contribute to the planning and rollout of the care approach

Organise and coordinate meetings, venue bookings, logistics, and administrative arrangements.

Provide secretariat support, including presentation, minutes, and agenda preparation

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, biomedical science, business, or any equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
