Assistant Manager, Healthcare Operations #HHL

Working hours : Mon - Fri, Office hours

Salary : Up to $5000

Location : Queenstown

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient resources to support clinical services
• Develop & update SOPs, workflows and downtime protocols
• Troubleshoot operational, IT and administrative issues
• Manage customer feedback with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and support pre‑MOH and MOH inspections
• Lead annual workplan and budgeting discussions
• Collaborate with Clinical Services Director & Clinical Leads
• Lead multi‑disciplinary discussions and teamwork
• Guide planning and execution of new services / workflows
• Implement improvement initiatives successfully and on time
• Facilitate haemodialysis placement with external centre
• Orientate and induct new staff
• Support staff development and competency building
• Maintain updated competency checklists
• Handle any ad‑hoc tasks assigned
