This role is ideal for those with an eagerness to grow into Relationship Management responsibilities or to grow and develop as a specialist Relationship Associate.

• What will your day look likeAs a Relationship Associate, you will have the opportunity to : Support our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions, and insights,Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies,Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer's industry and associated markets,Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders, andDemonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following : Background or experience within the agri / rural sector is desirable, but not requiredGreat financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen is preferred but not essentialStrong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essentialPrior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role / customer experienceExcellent communication skills both written and oralStrong time management skills and ability to prioritiseExperience in the banking industry is advantageous, but not a requirementYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
