About The Role

ECCO Milford, Newmarket & Commercial Bay are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!

Tasks & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products

Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards

Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards

General housekeeping and store tidiness

Skills & Experience

Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills

Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets

Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador

Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships

Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment

Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn

Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
