We are currently looking for a

Casual Retail Associate

to join our

Newmarket

team.

Optical experience would be ideal, but we are a people business and open to someone new to our industry

– we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the styling and personalisation process of high-fashion frames, with luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, and more.

Provide an exceptional customer experience and support customers in finding suitable eyewear solutions.

Contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment and represent OPSM in line with company values.

Qualifications

Optical experience is ideal but not required; willingness to learn and receive training.

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Ability to work in a casual retail setting and support a team-focused environment.
