- About the Role
- Exciting opportunity for someone to work as a Cancer NurseCoordinator across the Hepatobiliary / Colorectal / Melanoma and Brain Tumourstreams.
This role requires you to manage patients in partnership with the relevantClinicians and manage referrals from other services with advice re coordinationmanagement of patients with high suspicion or confirmed cancer at the beginningof the patients pathway until treatment.Critical and agile thinking is key and being able to crosscover tumour streams for planned and unplanned leave is essential in our small CNCteam.This is a Monday - Friday role, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.
We have a smallteam of five and this role requires a high level of autonomy and liaison acrossservices to advocate for and manage patients across the cancer care continuum.
