Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Auckland, New Zealand, involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance and KiwiSaver options. The Insurance and KiwiSaver Adviser will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop personalized plans, and ensure they are supported throughout their financial journey. The role also includes consulting on policies, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance.
• Proficiency in providing Consulting and advisory services with a focus on tailored client solutions.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of the New Zealand financial services sector, particularly KiwiSaver and insurance, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
