Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary : 33-35 lakhs gross per annum (approx. NZD $65,000-$70,000)
• Net Take-Home : Around 25 lakhs per year after deductions
• Performance Bonus : Potential to earn up to 40 lakhs total annually (base + bonus) or about NZD $80,000.00 per year depending on your performance.
• Working Hours : 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
• Leave Entitlements : 20 annual leaves, 10 sick leaves, and 12 public holidays
• Additional Benefits : All entitlements as per New Zealand government employment laws
• Career Growth : Clear and structured advancement pathway solely depending on your performance.
• Visa Sponsorship : As per New Zealand Immigration rules, we will provide you necessary documents so that you can get the required work visa.
