Claims Consultant

We are partnering with an established and growing brokerage that is looking for a Claims Consultant to join their busy team. This replacement role (due to internal promotion) involves managing a portfolio of approximately 200 claims, including a substantial proportion from the Asian market. Around 30 of these claims require full Chinese language proficiency, making strong language skills a key requirement for the role.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some claims or insurance experience who is organised, proactive, and ready to further develop their career in a supportive environment. While extensive experience is not required, candidates must be confident handling claims processes and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle claims from the Asian client base, including fully Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
