About the roleChristians Against Poverty (CAP) is entering a new season of change, and we're looking for an experienced Services Trainer to help bring our refreshed services to life.
This newly created role is a fixed-term position for 18 months.
As the Services Trainer you will be instrumental in shaping the learning journey of our Services Department.
You'll lead the development, design, and delivery of training initiatives to strengthen the skills, competencies and overall effectiveness of the team.Key areas of responsibility include : Develop, design and facilitate best practice industry trainingEquip staff and volunteers with resources and tools to outwork their rolesCollaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external teamsCoordinate and organise training and events as requiredProvide reporting and auditing of training processes as requiredAbout youYou are excited to bring your professionalism and expertise to enable the greatest possible impact for whanau experiencing money chaos in Aotearoa.You are adaptable and lead yourself well through seasons of change.
