If you're the kind of clinical manager who walks the floor, knows every resident by name, and believes great care starts with a great culture — this role will speak to your heart.
I am recruiting for my client who are a respected aged-care provider to find an exceptional Clinical Manager to guide and empower the clinical and care teams within a warm, well-established community.
Reporting to the Village Manager and supported by an Assistant Clinical Manager, you'll provide both strategic direction and practical leadership to ensure every resident receives the highest standard of personalised care.
This is a hands-on role — one where you'll balance governance and empathy, policy and people, evidence-based practice and human connection.
And the good news?
You don't need to reinvent the wheel.
This care centre has been beautifully maintained, its clinical team is experienced, stable, and well-supported, and the systems are strong.
You'll step into a team that functions well — your role is to lead, mentor, and elevate.

Maintain audit readiness and ensure all documentation meets compliance and standards

Monitor and optimise clinical budgets, rosters, and occupancy, ensuring resourcing aligns with resident needs
Collaborate closely with the Village Manager to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure smooth operational performance
Role-model the organisation's values daily — listening from the heart, putting people first, and making every day better
Work pattern : Tuesday to Saturday, with shared on-call responsibilities.
Candidates must be prepared to participate in the on-call roster and be comfortable commuting despite traffic, with flexibility for earlier or later start times as needed.
