Provide workplace assessment and academic support to ensure every apprentice receives tailored guidance throughout their journey.
You'll work closely with learners to identify their strengths and areas for growth, offering personalised feedback and study assistance that helps them succeed both in practical settings and formal learning environments.

Experience in Learning & Development, education, or training (bonus points for disability sector know-how).
Top-tier communication skills - you can explain tricky concepts with clarity, warmth, and a dash of humour.
Enthusiasm for collaboration and working across teams - lone wolves need not apply!
Adaptability : you're comfortable juggling tasks, ideas, and the occasional curveball.
An unshakeable belief in people's potential and the power of encouragement.
Who are we?
Spectrum Care : strong, brave, informed, collaborative, respectful, and committed to breaking barriers so no one is left behind.
Together, we make a difference - one learner at a time.
If you're passionate about helping people shine, fluent in "encouragement", and know learning works best with laughter, we want to hear from you!
