Job descriptionHave a passion for customer service excellence and customer service sales experience Have a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible Have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude Love working in and collaborating with a team Be energetic, positive and enthusiastic Have strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising Be physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting, manual handling and ladder use Have skills to collaborate as part of a team and also be comfortable to work independently 16 hours per week Sunday - Monday Based in our extensive Plumbing section of a wider zone that includes kitchens, lighting, appliances and housewares Focused on helping customers find plumbing products and solutions Combines retail sales with technical product knowledge; you're not just selling items, you're helping solve real problems The customers include home DIYers, trades people and contractors, so understanding fittings, fixtures and systems is key Great for someone who enjoys hands-on learning, customer service, and being the go-to expert for plumbing supplies Supported by a Zone and Team Leader
