Who you are

  • Have a passion for customer service excellence and customer service sales experience
  • Have a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
  • Love working in and collaborating with a team
  • Be energetic, positive and enthusiastic
  • Have strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising
  • Be physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting, manual handling and ladder use
  • Have skills to collaborate as part of a team and also be comfortable to work independently

    • The Role

  • 16 hours per week Sunday - Monday
  • Is based in our extensive Plumbing section of a wider zone that includes, Kitchens, lighting, appliances and housewares
  • Is a unique position that is focused on helping customers find plumbing products and solutions
  • It combines retail sales with technical product knowledge meaning youre not just selling items, youre helping solve real problems
  • The customers include home DIYers, trades people and contractors, so understanmding fittings, fixtures and systems is key
  • Is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on learning, customer service, and being the go-to expert for plumbing supplies
  • Is supported by a Zone and Team leader
