About the Role

Join TSB as a Property Operations Specialist and play a key role in delivering high-quality property services across our network. Working closely with the Property Operations Manager, you’ll ensure all property-related activities meet our standards, policies, and procedures.

You’ll be responsible for the front-line delivery of property services, including both reactive and planned maintenance. A strong focus on Health, Safety, and Security is essential, ensuring our environments remain safe and compliant at all times.

The successful candidate must be able to work on site in New Plymouth at least four days per week. This role also includes participation in a rostered on-call system to respond to after-hours emergencies and security requirements as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role, ideally within property, facilities, or the built environment
• Proven skills in operational excellence, planning, and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Good physical fitness and a full NZ driver’s licence
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across a wide audience
