What you'll do :
As an Applications Manager based in Auckland, you will play a central role in supporting the organisation's Oracle Cloud platform while driving its ongoing evolution.
Oversee the daily support and ongoing optimisation of the Oracle Cloud platform to ensure it consistently meets changing business demands and delivers value.
Maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors, monitoring service delivery to guarantee alignment with contractual obligations and high-quality standards.
Manage the entire defect lifecycle from initial triage through resolution and deployment, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external partners for timely outcomes.
Plan and supervise configuration updates throughout the software development lifecycle by collaborating closely with Change, Release, Test, and Environment Managers.
Establish, document, and enforce policies as well as Standard Operating Procedures for finance systems production support to drive consistency and compliance across operations.

A tertiary qualification in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant discipline that underpins your technical expertise.
ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience which ensures adherence to industry best practices in IT operations.
