About the Role

Working 72 hours per fortnight across two locations in Lower Hutt

Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 3 - 11pm

Week 2 : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3 - 11pm

We're Looking For Someone With

A Passion for People :

Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people

Driver Licence :

A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.

Empathy & Understanding :

An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.

Team Player :

Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.

Practical Skills :

The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.

Previous Experience :

Lived or work experience in disability or health sector

Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain) :

A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
