HealthCare NZ is a leading provider of in-home and community-based health, rehabilitation, nursing, mental health and disability support.

We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work within our Community Services.
Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have permanent part-time positions to offer.
Ideal candidate will have Health and wellbeing Level 2 or 3 certificate with working experience for Manual stimulation , Bowel cares , Hoist use and personal cares .
Shifts available- Saturday to Monday 9 : 00 am to 1 : 30 pm
What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community.
You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can be varied, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below :
Manual StimulationMedication supervision Bowel caresPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc) Transfers using hoist.
