The ideal candidate will :

• Love working with people who need support and working towards independence.
• Be naturally empathetic and caring while able to maintain a professional focus and maintain boundaries.
• Have physical fitness and capability to do the job which includes manual handling, personal cares, household management, food preparation, driving and medication assistance.
• Have excellent people skills that enable the building of effective relationships across diverse groups.
• Works well under pressure and can multitask across functions and activities.
• Have a full drivers license.

Must be able to travel to and from client homes and drive client to appointments.
