My client is a progressive and growing full-service law firm with a strong presence in the Bay of Plenty. With more than 160 people across multiple offices, they are one of the largest regional practices in New Zealand, offering high-quality legal services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
They are seeking an experienced and motivated solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to join their busy Property & Commercial team in Tauranga. This is an opportunity to take on varied and challenging work while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of the Bay of Plenty.
Responsibilities
- Property and commercial work, including acting for landlords and property owners
- Property transactions and subdivisions / developments – residential, commercial, and rural
- Rural property matters, with a strong focus on the kiwifruit industry
- Business transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses and shares
- Estate planning and asset protection, including succession planning and trust structures
The team includes lawyers, legal executives, and support staff at all stages of their careers, providing a supportive environment for collaboration and growth.
