They advise builders, contractors, principals, sub-contractors, developers, suppliers, and insurers across construction, property development, engineering, mining, and renewable energy sectors.

Experience Sought

• Construction dispute resolution, litigation, mediation, and arbitration
• Expert determinations and large-scale disputes
• Time-related claims, variations, and defective work claims
• Commercial risk assessment, contract drafting and negotiation (national and international)
• Project delivery, administration, and risk analysis
• Security of Payment adjudications and tender advice
