We are a well-resourced and supportive intermediate school in West Auckland seeking an innovative, collaborative, motivated and positive food technology teacher to join our Technology Department, commencing 28 January

The position involves teaching composite Y7–8 half classes, including client technology schools.

We are looking for a NZ registered teacher with strong curriculum knowledge and effective Assessment for Learning practices, who is committed to ongoing professional growth and collaboration within a supportive and collegial team.

The successful applicant will :

Be passionate about teaching food technology to emerging adolescents

Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety in the learning environment

Create a well-structured, engaging and inclusive practical space
