Are you an exceptional teacher, inspired to teach, guide and support other teachers?
Due to retirement, the coveted position of specialist classroom teacher is available. If you are well-versed in effective pedagogy, enjoy growing others in a supportive way, and would relish the opportunity to recreate our programme for new teachers, this may be the perfect role for you.
You will work with a supportive deputy principal, our current culturally responsive pedagogy lead and literacy team to support you to embed our school goals and our Effective Teacher Profile. You will make your mark by redeveloping and leading our PCT1 and 2 programme. Your role will also include supporting all new teachers to the school, contributing to schoolwide professional development and teacher observations.
The successful applicant will have a proven record of working as both a supportive and highly effective classroom teacher and team member, and show a clear commitment to best practice teaching.
This is an exciting time to join our college as we embed our Effective Teacher Profile, which encompasses evidence-based pedagogy for student engagement.
