Leadman - Paving Plant Operator

We are seeking an experienced Leadman – Paving Plant Operator to join our team in Wellington region. This is a key role within our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our paving plant while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and oversee paving plant equipment to meet production requirements.

Lead and coordinate plant operations and staff on site.

Monitor quality and output to ensure projects meet specifications.

Carry out routine maintenance and inspections of plant and equipment.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant, verifiable work experience in paving plant operations.

Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to health and safety practices.

Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.

What We Offer
