- The ability to follow processes with an eye for detail
- The ability to organise effectively, proactively, be adaptable, multi task and meet deadlines
- The ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- A clean driver’s licence
Responsibilities
Accurately gathering customer information in order to enable right fix first time approachScheduling bookings and entering them into our systems correctly and efficientlyAnswering all incoming enquiries via phone / email following R.S. Lane processLiaising with both private customers and Insurance companies and advising of work requiredAssist with customer check ins when dropping off their vehicle for repairUpdating customers on progress of their vehicle repairsLiaise with our operations / logistics division to make sure all cars are ready on timeFollow up with customers upon completion of repairs following R.S. Lane processHours of employment are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm.
This role is on a 1 year fixed term contract with the posibillity of being offered a full time position after the 1 year term ends.

Please note we have four locations across the Wellington region : Petone, Porirua, Tawa & Wellington CBD and all candidates must be open to working at any location.
