Lane processLiaising with both private customers and Insurance companies and advising of work requiredAssist with customer check ins when dropping off their vehicle for repairUpdating customers on progress of their vehicle repairsLiaise with our operations / logistics division to make sure all cars are ready on timeFollow up with customers upon completion of repairs following R.S.
