As a Front Service Representative (Porter), you will be responsible for ensuring that the first impression of the hotel is fun, friendly and professional, making SkyCity Grand Hotel an enjoyable place to be for our guests.

You will also be responsible for valet parking, have a firm understanding of all the facilities available within SkyCity and the hotel as well as the wider Auckland City area, ensuring that quests are aware of what this great city has to offer.

Assisting guests with luggage in and out of transport is also required.

We are looking for well presented, customer service focused team player with good attention to detail, great communication skills and a positive attitude.

You must also hold a full clean NZ Drivers License and be competent with both manual and automatic vehicles.
