We are looking for a part‑time Senior Porter to join our amazing Bell Desk team! As a Senior Porter, you will play a key role in creating a seamless five‑star experience for our guests while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Bell Desk team. You will coordinate luggage services, assist with valet duties, and lead by example to uphold the high standards of our Front Services department.

Please note that you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing a warm, personalised five‑star welcome to all guests
• Supporting the Bell Desk team and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assigning tasks and coordinating with other departments as needed
• Posting guest charges and maintaining accurate billing records
• Assisting with valet parking, luggage delivery, and other porter duties as required
