OverviewVinnies has been dedicated to serving whanau throughout Aotearoa for over 160 years, providing essential support services and essentials such as emergency food parcels, and other wellbeing / developmental programmes.
Our mission is to empower our community and uphold cultural values as we respond to the needs of those facing material hardship.Last year Vinnies Tamaki Makaurau Trust mobilised over 2,200 volunteers, supported Auckland households with more than 23,000 food parcels, and engaged with over 27,000 individuals through our helpline and support services.
We are proud of our commitment to transparency, cultural integrity, and effective community engagement.About the RoleReporting directly to the General Manager, the Fundraising & Partnerships Lead will be pivotal in enhancing the fundraising capabilities of Vinnies Tamaki Makaurau Trust.
This role focuses on transitioning our fundraising model from a primarily transactional approach to a diversified, relationship-driven ecosystem.
You will support the organisation in building sustainable funding streams that empower our community and enhance our service delivery.

The role may be extended beyond six months if sufficient funding is secured to cover the salary costs.
