This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee stock integrity, lead a small team, and support new customer integration into our network.

Responsibilities

Lead daily stand-ups and coach a small team of inventory staff

Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stocktakes

Investigate inventory variances and drive corrective actions

Oversee product returns, documentation, and customer reporting

Support the onboarding of new customers and manage inventory queries

Qualifications

Proven experience in inventory, warehousing or logistics operations

Strong understanding of WMS, SAP, and inventory control systems

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with operations and customer teams

High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
