Your Impact :

Reporting to the Head of Product Development - NZ and based at our Auckland office, you will be responsible for developing and commercialising new infant nutrition and nutritional powder products. You will bring expertise to deliver our Infant Nutrition program and projects across multiple markets.

More specifically, you will be involved in :

• Leading and driving end-to-end delivery and technical development of new infant nutritional powder projects to agreed timelines,
• Prepares formulations & provides technical & formulation directions.
• Developing the technical brief, ensuring formulations and ingredients comply with relevant market regulatory requirements.
• Approval of ingredient lists, NIPS, and development of finished product specifications.
• Provide direction on sourcing ingredients and work alongside the Quality, Regulatory and Procurement teams to ensure compliance and approval.
• Work with the science, regulatory, and nutrition teams to develop opportunities around new ingredients and technology.
• Leads / supports product development at other company manufacturing sites as required.
