About the Role :

This is a frontline position where you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greeting and assisting clients with professionalism and care
• Managing incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries
• Scheduling and confirming client appointments
• Maintaining client records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Keeping the reception area and clinic tidy, clean, and presentable at all times
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required
