Job Description
Mō te tūranga : About the role
In this role, you enjoy a dynamic blend of planning, coaching, and game‑day action throughout the school year. In Term 1, you contribute up to six hours of engaging administrative planning for trainings, including IDP meetings with squad members, alongside up to 10 hours for trials and six hours for trainings and pre‑season games. Term 2 brings a balanced weekly rhythm, with up to one hour of planning, IDP check‑ins, and feedback meetings, plus energising Tuesday morning trainings at Dilworth and Wednesday afternoon games, as well as exciting exchanges with Waikato Diocesan and St Peter’s. In Term 3, you continue to shape players’ development with weekly planning, IDP check‑ins, and coaching feedback, while maintaining the regular training and game schedule. The season culminates in Winter Tournament Week, held from 30 August to 4 September—an inspiring highlight of the year. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every week.
