Our small classes ensure personalised attention, each class of eight students benefiting from dedicated teachers, aides, and a therapy team.
We're looking for an inspirational team leader to oversee a syndicate and become an integral part of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge about ORS students and, ideally, experience in a specialist educational setting. As a team leader, you'll mentor and guide our teachers and teacher aides, driving forward educational and developmental outcomes.
This role blends leadership and hands‑on involvement, offering release from classroom duties while also stepping in to support teaching staff as needed during CRT.
