Collaborative and Impactful Role
This role sits within the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (FoBEL) learning and teaching team.
You will lead and support curriculum design and development across courses and programmes, contributing to exceptional student learning experiences in blended and face-to-face settings.
The role is highly collaborative, working closely with academic staff, programme teams, curriculum leads, and central AUT teams, including the Office of Learning, Teaching and Educational Design (LTED).
You will also support the implementation of teaching and learning initiatives, assessment policy, and quality assurance processes across the faculty.
Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate :
Experience designing and leading learning and teaching projects at scale, including programme-wide or new course developments.
A track record of working with academic teams to achieve outcomes that align with broader faculty and university priorities.
Evidence-based approaches to supporting teaching and learning, including curriculum design, assessment, and technology-enhanced learning.
Expertise in innovative teaching practices and the use of learning technologies to enhance student outcomes.
Commitment to enacting Te Aronui, AUT's Te Tiriti responsiveness framework, and the ability to thrive in a collegial, team-focused environment.
