About You
We are seeking a dynamic Lecturer to join our MBIL programme and inspire the next generation of business innovators and leaders. You will have expertise in business innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership development, or related fields with a passion for creating transformative learning experiences that develop entrepreneurial mindsets and leadership capabilities in our students. You will thrive in an environment of constant evolution, embrace experimentation and risk‑taking as essential learning tools, and are committed to preparing students for successful careers in innovation and leadership.
You will be an inspiring educator, capable of facilitating real‑world business projects and industry engagement, with experience in how emerging technologies, design thinking, and innovation methodologies can be integrated into business education. Your approach will be collaborative, working effectively with diverse stakeholders across academic, industry, and community groups.
